JOB DUTIES:

Manage the production service.

Review take-offs with estimating team.

Manage document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation contract administration.

Prepare reports information as requested.

Coordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team on a regular basis.

Work closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors as well as employees; ensuring exceptional customer service quality at all times.

CONTRACT INCLUDES:

A) (reporting): you will report to Mr. Saubhag Trasy &/or Pranav Trasy

B) (work hours): your working hours will start from 09:00 AM till 17:30 PM, (lunch time: 1.00 to 1.30 pm)

C) (vacations): your vacation is 1 days per week, (Sunday Holiday)
